This was a short half day trip on Christmas Eve with travel buddy Poh Hua.
We started at Kota Kemuning since EcoWorld is nearer there. Coming to EcoWorld seems to be in an entirely different world! We are there more for the scenery more than anything. We did however dined at the cafe there (Cafe Praque).
Next we made our way to Jenjarom. Waze took us through the kampung roads and what a different view it was. We went to the Fo Guang Shan Dong Zen temple and took in the scenery and pictures. There wasn't a crowd there and it was peace and quiet.
After Jenjarom we slowly made our way to Tanjung Sepat. It did rained a while on our journey luckily it stopped when we reached Mr. Black Homemade Pau.
Mr Black Home Made Pau
小黑手公包專賣店
No 542, Lorong 2,
42800 Tanjung Sepat
Kuala Langat Selangor
They have interesting fillings for the Pau (黄酒鸡包,梅菜包) and you could take the Pau you want and deep fried it. The outside skin is crunchy and warm. Delicious! We did tapau-ed some to bring back home.
We then just simply toured around the area (based on online info and Foursquare) and mostly we ended up at the beaches. We did have a lot of fun at Tanjung Sepat Wishing Trees & Wishing Well and Tanjung Sepat Twin Towers. The twin towers is simply by stacking up Nu Er Hong Chinese Wine to resemble Malaysia Petronas Twin Towers. It is located along Qing Ren Qiao Cultural Street, beside Qing Ren Qiao Souvenir Shop.
We did stop by Arowana for the kerepek.
We also did walk along a few beaches e.g. Pantai Cunang, Morib Beach. The sky was cloudy so we weren't able to catch the sunset by then.
We stopped by Banting for dinner at
Restoran Victorian Home Kitchen. (I will be back Banting for #paraglidinginjugra)
Overall it was a nice time to just jalan jalan without rushing anywhere and without plans.
